Introducing Charlee

Registered Nurse ~ IV Nutrient Therapy

Charlee graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing Science in 2017 and embarked on a journey, offering her nursing skills to rural and regional communities across Australia—from South-West WA to Far North-West QLD—before finally settling on the Sunshine Coast.

With a rich background in hospital surgical, medical, and emergency departments, Charlee has now found her true passion in IV Therapy.

Now delivering IV Vitamin Infusions, she combines her clinical expertise with a growing interest in nutritional health; helping people to feel their best and achieve optimal wellness from within.

Charlee is deeply passionate about the benefits of IV Nutrient Therapy, which nourishes and replenishes the body’s cells at a molecular level.

Using a customised blend of medical-grade vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, she tailors each treatment to meet the unique needs of her clients, empowering them to thrive in their health journey.

It is important to note that IV Therapy should be used as part of a holistic approach to health management, and it is not a substitute for medical treatment or advice.

Charlee is inspired by individuals ready to take charge of their health and is excited to welcome you to the world of Integrative Medicine!

Why Are Nutrients Essential?

They assist with

Plant Medicine

Immunity

Antioxidant enzymes found in key vitamins and minerals actively scavenge free radicals within the body’s cells, mitigating damage caused by oxidative stress.

This protective mechanism helps prevent illness, facilitates cellular repair, and enhances immune function by strengthening the body’s adaptive defence systems.

By neutralising harmful oxidative agents, these nutrients contribute to overall health and resilience against disease.

Fatigue & Cognition

Nutrients are vital for combating fatigue and supporting cognitive function, as they are involved in energy production and brain health. Key vitamins and minerals help regulate neurotransmitter function, improve blood circulation to the brain, and support cellular energy production. Adequate nutrient intake ensures optimal brain function, enhances mental clarity, and reduces feelings of fatigue by promoting sustained energy levels and cognitive performance.

Detoxification

Key vitamins, minerals & antioxidants are essential for detoxification as they support the body's natural ability to eliminate toxins, enhance liver function, promote the breakdown of harmful substances, and assist in their removal through the kidneys and digestive system. These nutrients help neutralise free radicals, reduce oxidative stress, and optimize the body’s detox pathways, contributing to overall health and well-being.

Health Optimisation

Herb Medicine

The phrase "Food is Medicine" holds true, as every food we consume is broken down into essential nutrients—like vitamins, minerals, and amino acids—at the molecular level. These nutrients interact with the body's cells to trigger positive changes, promoting overall health and well-being.

With consistent supplementation and nourishing the body with a balanced diet rich in these nutrients, the benefits become more pronounced over time- supporting health optimisation, preventing deficiencies, enhancing physical performance, mental clarity and longevity.

Weight Release

Proper nutrition ensures that the body functions efficiently- regulating metabolism, controlling hunger, and boosting energy levels.

Vitamins and minerals support hormone balance and digestion, both of which are key for healthy weight management. When the body gets the right nutrients, it can more effectively burn fat, manage appetite, and maintain a balanced weight.

Stress

Essential nutrients play a key role in supporting the nervous system and brain chemistry by optimising neurotransmitter function which are crucial for regulating mood, stress, and cognitive function. Amino Acids contribute to a calming effect- encouraging muscle relaxation, reduced stress, and improved mental clarity, supporting both emotional well-being and cognitive performance.
